The term ‘Eurodesk Mobility Advisor’ has been coined to give a common name and recognition to all different formats of delivering the ‘core business’ of Eurodesk – namely, providing information about European opportunities to young people all over Europe.
The competence framework contains 12 competencies, grouped into 3 competence areas as illustrated below.

With our TNA assessment tool we aim to assess the training needs of the youth workers as well as to provide Eurodesk Coordinators with useful insights on their network.
